CAMT ULW Portable Laser Welding Machine For Sale
The CAMT ULW series delivers continuous-wave fiber laser performance with high electro-optical conversion efficiency and an exceptionally long laser lifespan. Unlike traditional soldering or argon arc welding, it requires virtually no maintenance, adjustments, or consumables. Combined with low energy consumption, this results in significantly lower operating costs over time.
Its compact design and built-in water cooling system make true handheld operation possible — including outdoor use. The machine is straightforward to learn and easy to operate, allowing both new operators and experienced welders to achieve consistent results quickly. This helps manufacturers address ongoing challenges such as labor shortages and rising labor costs.
With welding speeds typically 10–15 times faster than conventional methods, the ULW series overcomes the low efficiency and operator fatigue associated with traditional welding processes, offering a practical and high-performance alternative for modern production environments.

Key Advantages of CAMT ULW Portable Laser Welding Machine
Precision Wobble Welding Head
Equipped with an adjustable wobble welding head as standard. The controllable welding width helps bridge gaps and adapt to irregular seams, delivering more consistent results on complex or imperfect workpieces.
Minimal Post-Weld Processing
Produces clean, smooth welds with very little spatter. In most cases, parts can move to the next process without grinding or polishing, reducing overall production time.
High Gap Tolerance
Offers significantly better gap tolerance than conventional arc welding. Even when fit-up is not perfect, the machine maintains stable weld quality, reducing the need for precise pre-assembly.
Suitable for Complex & Irregular Parts
Especially effective for complex and space-constrained components such as cabinets, kitchen equipment, elevator parts, shelving, guardrails, and electrical enclosures. The handheld design reaches areas that fixed machines often cannot.
Built-in Operator Safety Features
Includes dedicated safety features that help reduce operational risks and support higher workplace safety standards in production environments.
Wide Material Compatibility
Reliably welds stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheets. This versatility supports multiple product lines without frequent equipment changes.

FAQs When Purchase ULW Portable Laser Welding Machine
How do I choose the right power level for my application?
The main difference is the maximum material thickness each model can reliably weld.
1000W: up to 2 mm stainless/mild steel, under 1 mm aluminum or galvanized sheet
1500W: up to 3 mm stainless/mild steel, under 1.5 mm aluminum or galvanized
2000W: up to 4 mm stainless/mild steel, under 2 mm aluminum or galvanized
Most customers working with sheet metal under 3 mm find the 1500W model the best balance of capability and cost. If you regularly weld thicker sections or want extra headroom, the 2000W is recommended.
Is wire feeding included, or is it optional?
Automatic wire feeding is available as an optional configuration. The standard wire diameter is 1.2 mm. Many users start without it for simple butt joints and add the wire feeder later when they need to fill gaps or work with slightly imperfect fit-up.
Do I need special gases, and what pressure is needed?
The machine works with compressed air, oxygen, or nitrogen. Required air pressure is between 0.2 MPa and 1 MPa, with a 6 mm tube diameter. Most workshops already have suitable compressed air systems. Nitrogen is often preferred for stainless steel to keep the weld brighter and cleaner.
Will it work with my existing workshop electricity?
The machine runs on single-phase 220V, 50 Hz, 20A. A 10-meter power cable is included. If your local voltage is different (e.g., 110V or 380V), we can adjust the configuration before shipment. Please confirm your workshop power supply when ordering.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard models are usually ready for shipment within 7–15 working days after order confirmation and deposit. Custom configurations or special voltage requirements may take a few days longer. We will provide an exact shipping schedule once the order details are finalized.
What do I receive when the machine arrives?
The standard package includes the main laser unit, wobble welding head, water chiller, power cable, basic nozzles, protective lenses, and operation manual. Wire feeder and additional nozzles can be added as options. A detailed packing list is provided before shipment.
What are the typical wearing parts and their service life?
The two main wearing parts are the welding nozzle and the protective lens. Under normal daily use, both typically last about one month. Replacement parts are low-cost and can be stocked easily. We recommend keeping a small inventory of nozzles and lenses on hand to avoid downtime
What happens if I need technical help after purchase?
We provide remote technical support via video call, email, and WhatsApp. Most setup and parameter issues can be resolved online. For customers who prefer on-site assistance, we can arrange training or service through local partners in selected regions. Spare parts are available from stock and usually ship within a few days.
How does it perform on reflective or coated materials?
Yes. The machine is routinely used on aluminum and galvanized sheets within the thickness limits of each power model. Proper gas selection (usually nitrogen for aluminum) and correct parameter settings are important for best results. We provide recommended starting parameters for these materials.
Are there special conditions the machine needs to operate reliably?
Recommended working temperature is 0–40°C, with humidity below 85%. For optimal long-term performance, an environment around 25±5°C and 30–70% relative humidity is preferred. The machine should be placed on a stable, relatively clean surface and kept away from excessive dust or strong vibrations.
